When booking your wedding at Magnolia Manor you’ll have access to:

Celebrating your big day at Magnolia Manor means you have access to the bridal suite and Grooms lounge starting at 10am.
Hair and makeup are allowed access at 9:30am for set up - allowing you to stay on time
Step into our spacious second floor bridal suite which includes:
- 10am access to the suite
- Nine makeup stations with individual mirrors
- Coffee bar
- Private Restroom
- Trifold mirror
- Plenty of natural lighting
Have the guys prep for the big day in our on-site Groom's Lounge:
- 10am access to the lounge
- Large, flat-screen TV
- Foosball table
- Comfortable leather couch and chairs
- Mini Fridge

Don't worry, we have a backup plan in place in case the weather doesn't cooperate - ceremony would be moved into the reception space and we would set up a complimentary back up arch

A Reception Space that can fit your style
Our 2,100 sqft reception space includes:
- Custom built farmhouse tables with runners, for 150 guests
- Table numbers
- Option to mix in 4 60" rounds with white linen
- Lightwood cross back farmhouse chairs for 150 guests
- Sweetheart table with client linen of choice and Mr. & Mrs. signage
- Buffet tables
- Cake table
- Dedicated power for both DJ and catering team
- Large Oak tree lit with 1,600 lights
- Option to add additional 50 guests maxing capacity at 200
- 10 Wagon wheel chandeliers that can be left as is or decorated with faux ivy or faux [?]

- One hour engagement photo session with your photographer

The Cherry on Top
- In-House Wedding coordinator for 2 months - professionally trained coordinator will reach out 60 days prior to your big day to assist with timeline, floorplans, vendor confirmation, coordinate rehersal and wedding as well as set up and personal items brought in by the couple
- In-House DJ for 6hours - will provide music for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception as well as 10 LED up-lights and moving lights
- On-site Staff and Crew to set up not only Magnolia Manor items but YOUR items too!
