What is Magnolia Manor’s max capacity?

What is due at signing? When are the additional payments due? Do you offer a payment plan?
We require a 50% booking fee due at signing. A 25% payment is due 160 days before the wedding and the remaining 25% is due 60 days before you say, “I

Do I need to schedule a tour, or can I just stop by?

How do I reserve my wedding date?
Yay, you would like Magnolia Manor to host your big day! Just let us know what date you are interested in and we will have a contract over to you within 24 hours.
Do you have exclusive vendors, or can we bring in our own?
We have a list of recommended/preferred vendors, but you are not required to use them. These vendors have been to our venue on multiple occasion and always provide quality service. We recommend you start here and see what works best for you.
Will there be another wedding taking place the same day as mine?
We only host one wedding a day so you can enjoy the venue all day with no interruptions.
Are there overnight accommodations on-site?
We offer an on-site bridal suite and groom’s lounge but no overnight accommodations. There are several hotels in the area that we recommend the closets being 2 miles away and the farthest being 10 miles.
How many cars will your parking lot accommodate?
Our gravel parking lot can accommodate up to 80 vehicles and is well lit for your guests. For your guest’s safety, we allow for them to leave their vehicles overnight and pick them up the following day between 9am and 12pm.
Do you provide table linens, cups, silverware, etc.?
Our beautiful farmhouse tables are custom built so that they do not require a floor length linen, but we do provide a runner for each of our farmhouse tables as well as a linen for the sweetheart table.
Do you have a rain plan?
It’s Florida, of course we do! A rain call will be made between 12pm and 1pm the day of the wedding. If the weather is not cooperating, we will pull the ceremony into our reception space.
What does your reception space offer to combat the Florida weather elements?
We have 8 fans throughout our reception space to help cool it down if needed. We also offer two mushroom heaters to help heat the space if needed. Lastly, we offer clear siding to enclose the space and protect your guests from the wind, cold and/or rain.
Are you a pet friendly venue?
We love our four-legged friends and they are welcome on property. We just asked that they are picked up after and if they need to be left alone in one of our suites that they are crated.
What form of payment does Magnolia Manor accept?
We accept cash, check, money order or online payment.

What does your “in-house wedding coordinator” take care of?
So glad you asked! Our in-house wedding coordinator handles all the things that you don’t want to because you have more important things to do…like get married! They go through all your day-of details, create your walking orders, create your layouts, confirm your vendors, run your rehearsal, oversee setup and cleanup, and run the day of. This allows you, your fiancé, and your families to enjoy the day you have spent so long planning.
What time do you suggest the ceremony start at?
Depending on the time of year, we recommend starting the ceremony between 4 pm and 5 pm.
What time do we have access to the bridal suite and/or groom’s lounge?
All couples have access to our bridal suite and groom’s lounge starting at 10 am.
Can we bring drinks and food into the bridal suite and/or groom’s lounge?
Yes, eating is an essential part of the wedding prep. Drinks are great too, but remember you have all night to have beverages with your friends and family.
Do you allow live flame candles?
We do allow live flame candles, but we ask that they are in a container. Pillar and/or votive candles without containers will not be allowed on our wooden tables.
Do you allow confetti, sparkler, and/or bubble exits?
Sparkler and bubble exits are allowed. Any confetti that is thrown must be biodegradable.
Can vehicles be left overnight?
PLEASE let your guests know that if they need to leave their vehicles overnight and catch a ride with a friend or rideshare company, that is totally fine. They can pick up their vehicles the following day between 9 am and 12 pm.
What time does the reception need to end by?
The reception must be over by 10 pm. Guests have a 30-minute grace period to grab their items and call a rideshare company or make their way to their vehicles.
Is it possible to seat more than 8 per table?
Of course! Our 8’ farmhouse tables can fit 4 per side, but we can also add a chair to each end, giving your table a max capacity of 10 guests.
We are using a rental company.
Can they drop items off or pick them up outside of the rental period?
If your rental company needs to drop off and/or pick up items outside of your wedding day, please have them contact Magnolia Manor’s coordinator. We are happy to accommodate these vendors if it does not interfere with another wedding happening that weekend.
Do you allow for shots to be served?
There is plenty of alcohol at a wedding. Guests don’t need to add shots to the equation. No shots are to be served.
Can we bring in our own alcohol?
Yes, you can bring in your own alcohol. Alcohol must be served by a licensed and insured bartending and/or catering company.
What time can we pick up our décor, alcohol, and food the day after our wedding?
Any items that are left at the end of the wedding can be picked up the following day between 9 am and 12 pm.
How many staff and crew do you provide?
We want our couples to be able to enjoy their big day. Two event crew members come in for the morning setup of all Magnolia Manor items as well as all of your items. An hour and a half before the ceremony, our event team will arrive to run the wedding. This includes our in-house coordinator, assistant coordinator, and one to two team members.
Can we nail decorations to the wall/beams or hang things from the chandeliers or rafters?
Any décor brought in by a vendor or couple cannot be nailed, stapled, or screwed into Magnolia Manor property. If items need to be hung or attached to the property, gaff tape, Velcro, and zip ties are allowed.
